Cancellation Policy

Fully prepaid rentals are fully refundable and editable 48 hours prior to pick up. After that time no refunds will be made for cancellations. Any changes to the rental are subject to availability. Early returns are never refundable since the car has been blocked for the whole reservation and therefore is not rentable for that period.


The customer can choose between the following options when it comes to payment:

A) Pay Full Amount.

If the customer pays the full amount he gets a 5% discount. With this option the rental is fully refundable and editable up until 48 hours prior to pick up. If the customer has sufficient funds on his/her credit card, the transaction is processed immediately, and the customer receives confirmation of the payment via email. If there are insufficient funds on the credit card, the customer receives an error message. If that happens, the customer can redo the booking using the process described in section b.

b) Pay 15% Of The Total Amount.

The customer pays 15% of the total amount and reserves the vehicle for the dates chosen. The customer can then pay the rest of the amount at pick up or send us an email and get our bank details to wire the rest of the amount, prior to pick up.  If the customer uses this option the 15% paid is not refundable. Customer is of course welcome to cancel his booking but that is always at his own expense.
